Detail For Show: The RFID Network TV Series
The RFID Network TV Series is a 30-minute educational television program focused on how Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is transforming our world. Each episode explains in an easy-to-understand way how wireless location and tracking technologies work and examines the exponentially expanding "Internet-of-Things", which refers to linking objects installed with RFID via the Internet. High-tech solutions filmed at locations all over the globe.
The premier episode, titled “Covert Operations”, explains how wireless location and tracking technologies work, and how they can be used to eliminate theft and deter crime.
Other shows currently scheduled for broadcast include: Retail Stores of the Future, Improving Food Safety, and Securing Sea Ports, with nine other shows in development.

This is a multi-episode show, filmed in Hi-Def and converted to 720x480. It is non-commercial with no advertising, but does have a sponsorship message that meets PBS guidelines during that last several seconds and may be removed at the discretion of the broadcasting station.
The RFID Network TV Series premiered October 5, 2011 on KMVT in Mountain View, CA. At the recommendation of the station Program Director, we would like to offer other stations the opportunity to broadcast this series as well.
