Detail For Show: Tails of the City
Tails of the City is the show that talks about pets, working animals, and all the other critters that share our neighborhoods with us. This six-part miniseries features discussions with guests about adopting pets through agencies, protecting consumers when buying pets, caring for sick pets while balancing a budget, working with seeing-eye dogs, training police department K9 units, treating hospital patients with pet therapy, clips from the Humane Society of the United States, and a whole lot of advice on tough situations with animal owners. Hear great information from the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs, Fairy Dogparents, Pet Partners, The Cambridge Police Department and Department of Public Health, and the well know Ask Dog Lady columnist Monica Collins. This miniseries is produced by volunteers at Cambridge Community Television in Cambridge, MA, in July 2014.

This six-part miniseries has a wide appeal to pet owners around the region and country, and intended to be "evergreen" and potentially aired any time throughout the next several years.
