Show Description:

Hosts Stephanie Syson, Jeff Pieper, and Jerome Osentowski will share tips and techniques on high-altitude gardening and food production, along with cooking tips, information on food storage, ideas for using fresh herbs, and much more. Each episode will feature different local gardeners, farmers and other food producers demonstrating various ways of producing and preserving food in an organic, sustainable manner.

Stephanie Syson is co-founder of Dynamic Roots, a medicinal herb company, and has spent over 15 years researching and practicing various forms of sustainable farming across the United States and Latin America. Jeff Pieper is the Horticulture and Small Acreage Agent for Eagle County's Colorado State University Extension. Jeff teaches the Extension's Master Gardener classes, and he and his Master Gardener team offer assistance with questions about plants, pests, landscape maintenance, vegetable production, land stewardship and more.

Jerome Osentowski is the founder of Central Rocky Mountain Permaculture Institute, offering workshops, design courses, and an academy to further your permaculture knowledge and experience. Jerome recently published his first book,
