In this episode Mark (www.marklawsf.com) and Jim go over the content of the Arizona Immigration Law, what the Department of Justice claims, and the likely outcome of the ruling on current undocumented immigrants. The Department of Justice claims infringement on federal authority. It is noted that in the case where people do not need to carry papers, they cannot be held and the cops cannot be made to determine status.

During the Constitutional Corner they discuss the US District Court Virginia’s lawsuit against “Obama Care” and explain their reasoning for why they do not believe HHS can compel Americans to buy health insurance. Then they question if the Department of Justice propose on infringement on the freedom not to do something
