He’s back! Finally, after months of soul searching we’ve taken back the Expedition and we’re off and running with a show about our wildlife encounters with everyday wildlife. For starters, Scott captures rare video of a wild Deer Mouse that had become so ill it came out into the middle of the kitchen in broad daylight. Unfortunately, the creature died before we could get it in for help, but in the meantime this might be the most fascinating and intimate look you’ll ever get of a mouse. Then “out of nowhere” Scott, Ava and Race capture fantastic footage of American Toads breeding at Bauer Park in Madison. The sounds of the males will be permanently fixed in your mind! Then true to form we flash you back to a very special vessel called the USS BOLD in New London, Connecticut where Scott is guided by Kate Hughes Brown of CT DEP who takes us on a magical journey through this awesome marine research ship. If this wasn’t enough, Scott then flashes forward to April 2010 where Daphne and her good friend and neighbor Nora McCarthy (along with Race) find a dead Mole and accidently find a forest of newly spouted Black Oak saplings in the yard. Finally, to round it all out, we flash back one more time to Southern Mexico where Scott and Claudia encounter a Mexican Red Kneed Tarantula crossing the road while heading for a Limestone cave. Are you kidding!!!
