Episode Description:

In September, Jim Douglass addressed a large group of activists in Portland, Maine. He spoke about his book, "JFK on the Unspeakable". The book covers the influence the military-industrial complex has had on every US President since World War II. He focuses on the role the military-industrial complex played in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Jim doesn't speak about how the assassination happened. He does speak about the events that led to the assassination and the events that followed. Those two insights provide the "why" JFK was eliminated from the power structure. Jim Douglass brings us up to the presidency of Barack Obama. Will the courage of Obama match the courage of JFK when it comes to standing up to the corporate-military marriage that exists even stronger, today?
