Episode Description:

Two people recently returned from Gaza to report on the situation there. The first, Tom Jackson, a Maine independent film producer was there interviewing Gazans and teaching young Gazans how to use digital media to produce their own documentaries and place them on the internet. Tom spoke of his success in teaching his young students and Maine Social Justice hopes to bring you clips of their work some time in the future. Tom also spoke of the hardships which the Gazans are now suffering.

The second was Nancy Murray from the Boston area. Roger Leisner of Augusta filmed Nancy, along with Noam Chomsky at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Watertown, Mass. Nancy corroborates all that Tom said and speaks in uncanny detail about the tunnels connecting Gaza to life-saving supplies in Egypt.

Both agree that our US mainstream media fail to bring the whole truth about Gaza and Palestine in general to the American people. You will look long and hard on corporate-controlled media to hear the first hand reports by Tom and Nancy.
