A two-part episode,. The first is a Pax Christi Assembly in Orland, Maine. This annual gathering discussed what being the Salt of the Earth means. (Working for peace, non-violence and justice for the poor.) Part two was a recording of the Poor People’s Campaign in Augusta. Here, the poor themselves told their stories of how poverty affected their lives. These folks will question why so little is spent on those in dire need and so much is spent on the largest military in the history of the world. From this episode, you will see how two very different groups are working towards the same goal.
