Episode Description:

I recently showed the excerpts from the 13th ESTIA Conference in Belfast. Of particular interest was the presentation by nurse Linda Lee about a place where special needs people will be able to live in their own homes and have mentors living right in with them. An idea that’s been around since the 1940’s and is finally catching on here. This type of living will give clients the opportunity to be self-sustaining and able to live the rich lives they so greatly deserve. After seeing this, you will be given an opportunity to, in some way, participate in its success. At first, you might think that “Jonno’s Place” is a radical idea. Upon thinking further, however, it will make all the sense in the world.
