Episode Description:

Jack and Margy Flynn, advocates for the Constitution of the United States went into depth about the 7th and 8th Amendments of our Bill of Rights. Basically, the 7th and 8th are about when a person has a right to grievance in a civil court and entitlement to a reasonable bail and fine and is free of cruel and unusual punishment. Their belief is that if the Constitution were more closely adhered to, we would need a lot less laws and statutes on the books. This episode should give you much to think about. Amendments 9 and 10 will be covered at a later date.
