Episode Description:

On August 6th, Jack and Margy Flynn continued their presentation of the US Constitution’s Bill of Rights. This time they reviewed the 4th, 5th and 6th amendments: Search and arrest warrant, Rights in criminal cases and Rights to fair trial. In early America, citizens living in the New World were considered criminals and terrorist by England. Even the rights afforded to English citizens were denied to those living in early America. Our founding fathers wanted to guarantee that certain rights could never be taken away from the citizens of this new country. Taped at Channel 11 studios in Madison. At the end, I give an example of how callous law enforcement has become in regards to our Constitutional Rights.
