Naturalist Scott Tucker along with his wife Ava and daughter Daphne, and son Race and special guest Claudia Peissig take you deep into the Cockaponsett Forest searching for wildlife during a heatwave. There they encounter bizarre fungus and a fantastic red spotted newt. Also in a flashback to wintertime, a roadtrip to the Florida Keys, Daphne handles her first alligator and rosy rat snake of her herpetological career.
