Running can be extremely taxing on the body over time. Pain, limb tingling, numbness and muscle spasms will limit our body's potential. The resulting pain will force the body to adversely compensate whether you feel it or not.

Tight hip flexors and IT bands are only the beginning. Running requires jumping on one leg repetitively for a prolonged time. Standing on one leg or single leg plyometrics is tough enough. My personalized running programs will reteach your body to maximize every muscle during your runs and help relieve stress on your joints. You will run more efficiently and effectively when working with me.

Our first course of action is a complete total body movement assessment and running mechanics assessment. From there, I will build you a personalized program with an emphasis on reducing pain, increasing endurance, strength and mechanics.
