For many of us in New England the word “Copperhead” congers up all kinds of frightening visions. These snakes have become legends amongst the majority of people who are scared to death of snakes. In this episode of Expedition New England Scott Tucker confronts his own fear of these creatures by hooking up close friend and seasoned herpetologist Chuck Annicelli on another magic snake encounter where they locate three Copperheads hidden with-in a crevice on the edge of a very dangerous cliff. But that’s not the only adventure in this episode. True to form Scott weaves in a trip to Block Islands and the adventure of leading 3 tweenagers and his 6 year old son Race as they explore the most beautiful island off the coast of Rhode Island. Then, Scott and six year old son Race take you underwater with snorkel, mask and fins to encounter a few of our awesome freshwater fish in tributary of the Connecticut River. And as if that wasn’t enough Scott ties in a Bald-faced hornet nest rescue with Ava into a flashback to the Galapagos Islands and that’s a show!
