On January 1, 2013, a new law, called the Homeowner Bill of Rights, went into effect in the State of California. On this show I talk with two guests, California Assembly member Rich Gordon and the San Mateo County Director of Housing Duane Bay. We discuss why the bill was introduced and the protections that it gives to homeowners. We are joined on the show by a studio audience that asks questions about the new law and expresses its concerns about various situations currently facing homeowners.
