In Constitutional Corner Mark (www.marklawsf.com) and Jim talk about whether the light bulb police who are citing the commerce clause, can bust Texans who, under HB 2510, manufacture incandescent bulbs? The State AG vows a fight, citing the 9th and 10th Amendments. Broken CFLs (each containing 5 mg of mercury) require evacuation and HVAC shutdown. Each CFL bulb costs $1.50 to dispose,

The episode concludes with a discussion on Governor Blagojevich who has taken the stand and denies that he shook down Rahm for two million. He says he is only governor who could spin a basketball on one finger. Blago subpoena claims Tony Rezko and President Obama had a quid pro quo of a fundraiser for favorable legislation, and denies that Blago worked with Rezko on mob casino license deal.
