Episode Description:

We now have a confirmed case of Mad Cow disease in California and South Korea is no longer going to import US beef. Just over a week ago, Food writer Larry Olmsted of Forbes.com reported that what we've thought was Kobe beef was most likely U.S.-raised beef.

In this episode, we reported that NO safeguards have been put in place in the U.S. since the 2004 outbreak of Mad Cow disease. The United States still DOES NOT have livestock traceability and American's have no idea where the meat we eat comes from. Now, a month later, what we exposed in this episode is now getting attention.

In this 30-minutes educational episode, we look at the challenges faced by ranchers, markets, and stores to ensure the safety of our beef. While the majority of American's think we have traceability - we don't. This episode includes expert interviews and visual effects.
