On March 16th, David Schribman of the Pittsburg Post Gazette and Cindy Scryzcki of Bloomburg News delivered a lecture in the Diamond Building at Colby College, Waterville about the state of American newspapers. They spoke about how print news compared to television and web news. They gave their take on why so many newspapers are cutting back or going out of business all together. They suggested that people be very critical of where they obtained their information.
